The Leadmill Announces Re-opening of Sheffield Venue

The authorities of the Leadmill venue has announced that the venue is reopening after five months on September 21 with two grand parties. Puza Snigdha reports.

The renowned club and gig venue has been remained close due to the COVID-19 pandemic but is coming back with two special parties for university freshers. The party will take place on 21st September. People who have pre-booked tickets can enter the party due to pandemic.

The venue is opening with all the safety measures. Visitors must need to put their masks on while entering and leaving the place. The authority has reduced the audience also.

The club has a plan of featuring comedy, quiz, bingo, and drag nights throughout the upcoming two months.

“We promise this will be a fantastic reminder of life before lockdown,” said the Leadmill.

The local industrial indie pop outfit The Wired is set to play first live on October 16.
