The Northman movie is starting in theaters on 22nd April. It is a mind-blowing, blood-drenched epic film directed by Robert Eggers based on the legend of Amleth.
The film casts Nicole Kidman, Alexander Skarsgard, Ayna Taylor-joy, Claes Band, Willem Dafoe and Bjork. Bjork is a musician and star who took part in Robert Eggers’ film as a whispering Seeress predicting the future of the hero.
Skarsgard’s Amleth is inspired by the character of Prince Hamlet. Prince Hamlet is a tragic hero of William Shakespeare’s tragedy Hamlet, Prince of Denmark. The hero seeks revenge for his father’s death and acts to save his mother, played by Nicole Kidman.
The movie was filmed in Ireland locations in the year 2020 and now it’s being released 2 years later. There is no doubt the film got adventure, mystery, thriller, and action all in one box.
