Chapati Wraps can be the perfect breakfast or midday snacks for a busy day. Our three ingredients Chapati wrap with protein of your choice is a nutritious treat that is easy to make and very easy to make!
Ingredients: Serves 3-4 people
- 2 cups of whole wheat flour
- 1 1/4 cup water
- salt
- Chutney
- Salsa
- 1 cup of shredded Chicken Tikka/Seekh Kabab, or Vegetable Saute
Method:
- In a bowl add flour and salt. Gradually pour water and knead.
- Sprinkle flour on the working countertop and roll out the dough in form of round chapatis.
- Heat up a flat griddle and press the dough so that it cooks on both sides.
- Once it is cooked spread a generous amount of Chutney on the Chapati
- Place your vegetables or shredded meat, coriander leaves, vegetable salsa in the middle and roll it up.
- Cut the Wrap in half and cover it with plastic wrap to have it for lunch or later during the day.
