Ingredients: Serves 4 people
- 1 1/2 cup of flour
- 1/3 cup of rice flour
- 2 tsp of salt
- 2 tsp spicy curry powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2tspn baking powder
- 1 cup lukewarm water
- 1 cup chopped potatoes
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1 cup chopped onions
- 1/2 cup Cilantro
Method:
- In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, spices, and baking powder.
- Add water and make a thick batter.
- Mix in the vegetables.
- Now add a little bit of oil to your air fryer and put a spoonful of your batter.
- Let them fry for a few minutes.
- Serve your Pakoras hot with chili and chutney.
