Tasty @Cafe On: How to make easy Vegetable Pakoras

Bursting with flavors, Mixed Vegetable Pakora’s are one of the easiest snacks to enjoy in a busy afternoon. What’s more, is that you can be customized them with your choice of veggies! So get ready with your kitchen apron and follow these simple steps.

Ingredients: Serves 4 people

  • 1 1/2 cup of flour
  • 1/3 cup of rice flour
  • 2 tsp of salt
  • 2 tsp spicy curry powder
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1/2tspn baking powder
  • 1 cup lukewarm water
  • 1 cup chopped potatoes
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup Cilantro

Method:

  1. In a bowl, combine the flour, salt, spices, and baking powder.
  2. Add water and make a thick batter.
  3. Mix in the vegetables.
  4. Now add a little bit of oil to your air fryer and put a spoonful of your batter.
  5. Let them fry for a few minutes.
  6. Serve your Pakoras hot with chili and chutney.
