From next month, drive-in film screenings will be taking place at Goodwood racing circuit in Chichester. Tara Pilkington reports.
Secret Cinema, the London-based event, which hosts immersive cinema events, has announced the launch of a new series of drive-in film screenings. First off, they will be heading to the Goodwood racing circuit in West Sussex for a new socially distanced event.
This news comes after the government, last week, officially gave the green light to drive-in film events and will officially begin on July 5 with a screening of Chris Hemsworth’s Rush.
Other films which will feature in the drive-in series include:Â Moulin Rouge, Moana, The Incredibles, Toy Story, The Hunger Games, Star Wars, Dirty Dancing and Pretty Woman, with more to be confirmed soon.
