Help The vulnerable during this pandemic!

There are around 7,000 rare diseases affecting an estimated 3.5 million people in the UK. People with rare diseases are amongst the most vulnerable to Covid-19. Despite lockdown measures being lifted, their future is still uncertain and their lives are far from getting back to normal.

Genetic Alliance UK is the national charity working to improve the lives of patients and families affected by all types of rare, genetic and undiagnosed conditions.

During these challenging times, we are working hard to make sure that they are not forgotten and receive the necessary support that they need. At the same time, as a small charity, we are suffering from the economic impact of the pandemic and we need your financial support in order to continue with our vital work.

Please help us by making a donation through our website https://geneticalliance.org.uk/donate/, or texting RARE followed by a donation amount up to £20 (i.e. RARE10 gives £10) to 70450. Thank you on behalf of the rare disease community.
