In this laughter-packed film, a family moves into a new house with a ‘ghost problem’. But soon the youngest in the family unexpectedly befriends this ghost and that’s when the fun begins.

So what exactly makes this movie so fun to watch you ask? Firstly, it manages to blend the supernatural elements with our modern-day techs and trends delightfully. Moreover, it surely has the goofy tone and setting that many comedy lovers enjoy. But most importantly, David Harbour just nailed his role in this film as ‘Ernest the ghost’.

Although this Shyamalan film has earned somewhat good ratings from the critiques, the fans have more of a mixed review about it. But if you are looking for something different or simply enjoy mysterious horror movies then give it a shot without a doubt.

3. To Leslie

With this year’s oscar event right at our doorsteps, it’s only fair that we include a film with an Oscar nomination. Yeah, this lesser-known indie film has managed to book a name for its lead actress Andrea Riseborough in the best actress category for this year’s Oscar awards.

To Leslie is a gloomy-toned drama film that focuses on a single mother called Leslie. This deeply written character loses all her fortunes with her wrongdoings after winning a lottery, and now she has to rebuild her life from scratch while struggling to survive in the world.

Undoubtedly, the best part about the film is the incredible cinematography that lures you into the character’s deep emotional stress and struggles. What’s more, Andrea Riseborough surely dove deep into the character and gave an outstanding performance worthy of an Oscar. So, if you are the kind of fan who loves the artistic side of films then this is a must-watch for you.

This movie features Ayushman Khurana as an action film star whose whole life turns into an action film itself after an expected accident. 

The film portrays the fan favorite Ayushman Khurana in a very different role than usual but the talented actor has owned the role nonetheless. Even more, the movie includes a handful of stunning action sequences along with some pretty great plot twists that makes it all the more watch worthy.
