Size A: For those who have not given birth vaginally

The difference between size A and B is very small (size A is 0,4 cm smaller than size B) but still it is very important to use the proper size to prevent leakage.

Depending on your menstrual flow, OrganiCup should be emptied once every 8-12 hours. We recommend that one empty it once every 4-6 hours in the beginning to know one’s flow and see how quickly it fills up.
To remove your OrganiCup, simply pinch the bottom of the cup to release the vacuum, then slowly wiggle it back and forth in a downwards motion until can remove OrganiCup completely.
After removing the OrganiCup, give it a quick wash with a perfume free and pH neutral soap such as OrganiWash and tap water, and reinsert it. After r period has finished, should sterilise the OrganiCup in boiling water.
