Christopher Nolan’s ‘Tenet’ To Be Released In Limited Cinemas

The release of Christopher Nolan’s highly anticipated movie, ‘Tenet’ was postponed due to the Coronavirus Pandemic. Anika Khan reports.

The anticipated new movie from ‘The Dark Knight’, ‘Dunkirk’, and ‘Interstellar’ director, Christopher Nolan was originally scheduled to hit the main theatres on July 17. After a number of delays due to the coronavirus pandemic, the film was reported to be suspended by the Warner Bros production.

Recently reports have emerged that European distributors are planning to launch the movie in August. Dates of the actual release have not been announced yet.

‘Tenet’ is reported to be released in selected cinemas around the UK, France, Spain, and a few countries in Asia over the summer. The release date for the USA markets is yet to be planned.

Warner Bros, chairman Emmerich said that they are working on a new date to released “’ Tenet’, Christopher Nolan’s wholly original and mind-blowing feature”. He emphasizes that proper planning needs to be carried out for the marketing and distribution of this movie. He also expresses his aims into making the movie reach the highest odds of success when it comes out.
