Bob Dylan to Launch His Own Brand "Heaven's Door" Whiskey

After winning a novel prize in Literature, the Veteran Singer Bob Dylan is about to involve in the whiskey business, launching his own signature line of whiskey under the level ” Heaven’s Door”.
Including a straight rye, a Tennessee bourbon and a double barrel whiskey, the collection represents a partnership with Marc Bushala, co-founder of Angel’s Envy bourbon.
While many celebrities start business ventures by licensing their names, Dylan shares a partner for Heaven’s Door, working closely with other business partner and whiskey makers, especially on how he felt the drink should taste and feel.
According to a report, the brand name is apparently inspired from the 76-years Nobel laureate’s iconic 1973 song, “knocking on Heaven’s Door”.
“You don’t always find inspiration,” said Dylan in a press release, “sometimes it finds you. We wanted to create a collection of American whiskey that would each tell a story”.
The lebel for the whiskey features the sihouettes of wagon wheels and crows. the standard line of Heaven’s Door will be for sale for $50 – $80 a bottle.
“He was willing to do that, but he’s not going to appearances or bottle signings. He didn’t even pick up his Nobel prize, so he’s not going to go out touting this,” said his parter Bushala, “and that’s great because it’s authentic for Dylan and authentic for the brand”.
