The latest survey has revealed over 57% likely voters for Joe Biden and 40% for the existing president of the United States. With Election Day just a few weeks away, millions of people have already cast their vote, republican’s fears a defeat for Trump to secure his presidency seat for another round. Will he be able to recover this 17 point gap? We can only sincerely hope he better not.
The hectic month after the death of Ruth Bader Ginsburg, the comical nuisance at the presidential debate by Trump and the outbreak of Covid 19 in the White house that eventually lead the president to be infected are the factors that lead to the pendulum to swing towards the favor of Joe.
Moreover, Trumps reputation as a successful businessman got a serious hit when his tax affairs where revealed to the world. Nearly two in three of trumps ex voters switched their vote due to the way he handled the pandemic. Some blamed his personality for their switch.
On the other hand, Biden has been is leading on race relations, jobs, healthcare and economy. He has a strong positive approval of how he can handle the presidency by 52 percent of the voters.
However, Trumps core supporters have proved to be loyal throughout, turning out in his campaign rallies. Will Donald Trump be able to recover this 17 point gap? We can sincerely hope he better not.
