At the beginning of 2020, Netflix’s show about the cheerleaders of Navarro College became a phenomenon. As a look at a highly specialized sport, it’s a great show.

The Nest

Nicole Taylor, the BAFTA-winning writer behind Three Girls, is back with a brand-new Glasgow-set surrogacy thriller that explores the life-changing consequences of a wealthy couple asking a teenage girl to carry their baby. It is a BBC One five-part television drama series. The story goes on with Dan and Emily who are crazy about each other. They live in a huge house in the nicest part of Glasgow and want for nothing. But they’ve been trying to have a baby for years with no success.

The Outsider

The Outsider is an American horror crime drama miniseries based on Stephen King’s best-selling novel of the same name, “The Outsider” begins by following an investigation which at first seems like it will be simple and straightforward but things change as it leads into the gruesome murder of a young boy by a seasoned cop. Showrunner Richard Price has successfully crafted a waking nightmare, grounding even the most surreal aspects of The Outsider within the gritty confines of a, particularly chilling police procedural.

Tiger King

Tiger King: Murder, Mayhem and Madness (titled onscreen as simply Tiger King) is a 2020 American true crime documentary miniseries about the life of zookeeper Joe Exotic. An exploration of big cat breeding and its bizarre underworld, populated by eccentric characters.

Belgravia

Downton Abbey creator Julian Fellowes has adapted his novel Belgravia into a six-parter starring Tamsin Greig, Alice Eve and Harriet Walter. The 19th century-set drama revolves around the Trenchard family, who attend a ball hosted by the Duchess of Richmond on the eve of the Battle of Waterloo, sparking a series of events that will have consequences for decades to come in London’s wealthiest neighbourhood.
