Wildfire struck California-Environmental Threat

A wildfire spread across thousands of acres in California. Americans suffered from scorching heat and soaring high temperatures. This heat wave encircles many regions one of which is the major Oak Fire which broke out in California on Friday near Yosemite National Park. This park consists of the giant sequoia trees which have been intimidated by fire lately.
The fire is termed explosive. It stretched from 600 acres to 11,900 acres within 24 hours. The fire influenced Mariposa County. It has destroyed ten properties and damaged five. It can threaten thousand more. Hector Vasquez, a California Department official and Fire Protection Official said that more than 6,000 people have been evacuated. This is because the situation got worsened with the enraging fire which remained uncontained on Saturday evening.

The fire was termed extreme. Mariposa County records extreme temperatures and Gavin Newsom the governor of California has declared an emergency owing to the safety of the people and their properties. Property damage fire left ashes with severe property damage. People working to evacuate residents are also trying to protect the structures in their path.
Global warming is seen in the country as many places are affected by these unusually high temperatures. The Central and Northeast US regions are also affected by this heat. Temperatures are expected to rise in the Central US metropolitan cities like Dallas and Oklahoma City reaching up to 38°C in the next five days. Heat emergency is lined up from Boston to Philadelphia to Washington.
The climate across the globe hits different with wildfires and soaring high temperatures in the UK, France, and America. This climatic change serves as a forewarning to the people regarding it as global negligence concerned about the environment. On a larger spectrum, the mishaps of civilization and modernized climate threaten the environment.
