Satellite images added a new dimension to the devastation. The new images from the satellite showed an unparalleled view of the monsoon rains.

Monsoon Disaster

The unrivaled monsoon rains have created a 60-mile-wide inland lake in Pakistan. The inland lake is created across the overflowing Indus river. The inland lake has created a huge path for Pakistan to sink underwater. The sign is not a good one as it contributes to a lot of geographical difference that has occurred due to the flood. The United Nations officials have warned that the flooding of hospitals and clinics might make the situation worse.

People affected by the Flood

The flooding of hospitals and clinics contributes to the spread of water-borne diseases like dengue and malaria. These diseases along with the flood disaster might cause people to get many unknown diseases. Millions of people in Pakistan have been affected without any proper health care or medical treatment. Natural disasters remain natural and unpredictable till the time humans are not destroying the environment. The destruction caused by us is bringing devastation to us. Climatic change is globally affecting every habitat on the Earth.
