The musician and songwriter Edward Christopher Sheeran, better known by his stage name Ed Sheeran, was born in Hebden Bridge, England, on February 17, 1991. The world is well-known for Ed Sheeran’s excellent compositions.
In 2005, Ed published his first EP, titled “The Orange Room.” He moved to London in 2008 in quest of live performances, performing practically every day in 2009 before subsequently touring with Just Jack. He embarked on a tour with Example after uploading an SB.TV video. His “Loose Change” EP, released in 2010, contained the original recording of his multi-platinum song “The A Team.” He initially started recording at his studio while staying at Jamie Foxx’s home after they connected while performing at open mic events in LA that year. Sheeran gained popularity in 2011 with his “No. 5 Collaborations Project” EP, which also included Wiley, Devlin, Ghetts, and other artists. His debut album, titled “Plus,” featured the singles “Drunk,” “The A Team,” “Lego House,” and “You Need Me, I Don’t Need You.” He immediately signed with Asylum/Atlantic Records. The record was the ninth best-selling album of the year and reached the top of the UK charts.

ED Sheeran is the Cover Star in the What’s On Covers section that follows.
