UK Rail strike- Continues in action!

As Marx had interpreted long ago that, the society is in conflict between the elitist and workers. The class conflict is evident by the rail strike in UK. As arguments between the RMT and the Railway companies turned into a strike with some undecided conflict amongst them. Furthermore, there had been grievances by the RMT. RMT has walked away without any further negotiation from the first day.
An unsettled dispute began on Tuesday between the railway workers and the railway companies. This stands to be as one of the biggest feud, amongst the railway sector, where 13 rail operators decided to walk out on Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday including the Maritime and Transport Union at Network Rail. Thousands of members in the railways decided to go for a strike.

Railway Strike in UK

The feud remains unresolved till its last venture and hence the halt. The staffs are made to work for longer periods, ironically being poorer at the time of their retirement. The Railway Pension Scheme and the Transport for London Scheme were being attacked by the railways says the Railway Maritime and Transport Workers. The interests of the workers are maculated, making them pay larger benefaction.

The job suffices on no guarantee compulsion making it a room for malfunction, disputes and corruption. The ideology of work is altered as there are changed work ethics throughout the vicinity. Transport Secretary Grant Shapps failed in their mission to settle along with the disputes being carried which includes jobs that needs to be protected. There had not been an increase in the payment for the workers to run parallelly which the price rise.

TUC comes to aid for the RMT by organizing a demonstration on Saturday through Central London. John Leach, the RMT assistant general secretary had angrily protested against the quietude from the Labour and demanded for more acquaintance from the party. The RMT here cries not only for justice upon their ends but they surely want to frame a new railway system for the future individuals taking up the work. This cause is just enough for them to justify their fight for a survival of freedom without errors and disputes. Also the strike merges with the election at Tiverton & Honi ton and Wakefield.

Marxism supports workers movement for betterment of the workers in their working condition and also to safeguard them from the exploitation of the Bourgeoisie class.
