Beat the heat this summer with these refreshing fruit-filled drinks!

Creamy Mango Lassi
Ingredients:
- 1 freshly diced mango
- 1 cup of yogurt
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- Dash of saffron (optional)
- Chopped pistachios for garnishing
Method:
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.
- Garnish with saffron, pistachios and serve with ice cubes.

Cold Brew Ice Tea
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of water
- 6 tea bags
- 6 cups cold water
- 2 tspn sugar
- Sliced lemon and mint sprigs for garnishing
Method:
- In a small saucepan, bring the 2 cups of water to a boil.
- Add the tea bags, remove the saucepan from the heat and keep it aside for 15 minutes.
- Remove the tea bags and pour the steeped tea into a jar.
- Add the 6 cups of cold water and sugar to the jar and mix.
- Let it come to room temperature and refrigerate until cold.
- Serve with lemon slices, mint sprigs, and lots of ice cubes.

Strawberry Limeade
Give a twist to your classic Lemonade with strawberries!
Ingredients: For 4 people
- 1cuplime juice
- 1/2cupsugar
- 1cupwater
- 1/2 cupsliced strawberries
- a handful of mint leaves
- 3cupscold water
Method:
- Make a syrup by combining sugar with Water in a saucepan.
- Cook in medium heat for 6 to 10 minutes until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Take a large pitcher and combine the lime juice, strawberries, syrup, mint, and water.
- Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours or serve with ice cubes.

Melon Sorbet
Make this ravishing easy sorbet drink with water melons and seltzer water!
Ingredients: For 4 people
- Watermelon ( scooped in small balls)
- 2 scoops of lemon sorbet
- 2 scoops of raspberry sorbet
- A handful of mint leaves
- Seltzer water
Method:
- Make small watermelon balls and freeze them for 3-4 hours
- Pour the raspberry sorbet at the bottom of the glass. Then pour the lemon sorbet.
- Top with the frozen watermelon balls.
- Add fresh mints and enjoy as the sorbet melts and sweeten the drink!

Ultimate Orange Punch

Ingredients: For 4 people
- 1/3 cup strawberry
- 3 tablespoon sugar
- 2 freshly squashed orange juice
- 1 lime
- A Handful of mint leaves
Method:
- First, take a pan and make a simple strawberry syrup by adding water and sugar for 10- 15 minutes. ( Don’t stir or mash the syrup)
- Put it in the fridge for 5-6 hours.
- Take a pitcher and the strawberry syrup.
- Add fresh orange juice, lime, and mint leaves.
- Add a lot of ice and serve with fancy paper straws!
