Tasty @CafeOn: Easy Carrot Cupcakes recipe!

Looking for an easy Carrot cupcake recipe? Follow our recipe step by step to make some outstanding and moist carrot cupcakes in your Kitchen!

Ingredients:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2/3 cup finely chopped carrots
  • Nuts and raisins ( optional)

Method:

  1. Mix and whisk the dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately in two bowls.
  2. Fold the dry ingredients into wet ingredients with a spatula until they come together.
  3. Add the grated carrots, nuts, and raisins into the cake batter.
  4. Use liners in a cupcake mold and fill them up with 1/3 of the batter.
  5. Cook in preheated oven for 20 minutes at 360 degrees.
  6. Garnish with finely chopped carrots on top.
