Are you thinking about improving your mental wellbeing? I have some ideas which are going to make your week much more enjoyable and relaxing.

  • Do dance or aerobics: these two things are almost similar just play your most favorite song with a little bit of loud sound and of course, take care of your neighbor and let’s play with it. Oh, one more thing you can ask your family members to join with you… hahaha, it will be fun.
  • Become Masterchef in your kitchen: of course, you ordered pizza from outside food apps are available but let’s get creative in the kitchen. You might not have all ingredients that you need only then change your menu and cook something innovative. You can also follow the recipes from youtube. Making food is the most enjoyable thing in the world and your family also like it or if you want you can send it to your neighbor and keep distance.
  • Do some online classes: Are you love to learn a different language? There are so many options in social media. You can download an app or go to Youtube. It is fun to learn a new language like French, Spanish, Italian, and so on. Learning a language also helps you to know the culture of those particular countries. It will take hardly 30-40 minutes and you can learn some words and one full sentence and how to write. You can also ask your friends or family members to do the same things that you can practice with then later it helps to learn a language quickly.
  • Watch movie: This is the most common thing for everybody around the world. So let’s something different. Choose one new movie from Netflix or some common private media or some award-winning films and then ask your friend to watch it. Now you and your friends make a virtual movie club. Also, make a group on Facebook and give some feedback over there. These improve your mental health. You just have to do it virtually.
  • Do some gardening: you must have a balcony? Or back yard or rooftop? So, what are you thinking about? Start gardening cut down the essentials from groceries. Or the smells of flowers make you happy. Gardening works like therapy it removes all kinds of stress from human minds. If you don’t have any idea how to do this go to youtube there are lots of learning videos to help you. Trust me you thank yourself later when you see the fruits or vegetables or lots of colorful flowers in your corner
