Recipe: Chocolate Cereal Treats

If you’re looking for a quick and easy treat, nothing beats these childhood classics. They taste just as good as they did when you were little!

Ingredients:

  • 175g chocolate sweets of your choice
  • 140g marshmallows
  • 90g puffed rice cereal

Method:

Before cooking, prepare a glass baking dish with cooking spray to ensure the mixture won’t stick.

Now, melt your marshmallows over medium heat in a nonstick pan, stirring every 30 seconds to avoid burning. Once your marshmallows have melted, add in the rice cereal and chocolates and stir until fully combined.

Next, pour your mixture into your baking dish and ensure that it is evenly spread. Leave to cool for 30 minutes, then cut into squares and enjoy!
