Positive Vibration to Celebrate Everything Reggae

Positive Vibration is set to be a wonderful celebration of everything reggae with the very best reggae artists lined up to perform at the festival, as well as a wide range of events to explore reggae culture and its impact on British music and culture.
The line-up includes big reggae names such as Misty in Roots, Dub Pistols and Mungo’s Hi Fi with Eva Lazarus lighting up the Baltic Triangle in Liverpool and, hopefully, making people dance and enjoy a weekend of great music and cultural enrichment.
The festival of reggae is an event that the family can enjoy as a whole – children of all ages are also welcomed. There will be a wide range of activities and workshops on site for visitors to discover more about reggae.
There will be poetry readings, arts and crafts workshops, face painting, as well as a series of classes for people to learn Jamaican dancing and Capoeira.
As part of the festival, there will be an Art of Reggae Exhibition which will boast a vast collection of reggae-inspired painting and prints.
Positive Vibration will also be hosting a Q&A for participants to discover more about how reggae has had an impact on British culture. People attending the festival will also be able to walk through Jamdown Market which will be bustling with street vendors.
Positive Vibration will be taking place on 8 and 9 June across the Baltic Triangle in Liverpool. Adult tickets for the weekend are an affordable £30, teenagers between 12 – 17 can get access for £10 and children under 12 go free.
You can get your tickets here.
