Netflix K-drama ‘My Liberation Notes’ dropping soon

Netflix has dropped the first official trailer of My Liberation Notes, a new Korean series that will release next month.

My Liberation Notes is a forthcoming South Korean Netflix Series. The romantic drama series is written by Park Hae Young (My Mister, Another Miss Oh) and directed by Kim Seok Yoon (Law School).

The protagonists are seen struggling with personal issues in the brand-new trailer. Mr. Gu is seen having a walk into a room full of empty soju bottles, while Yeom Mi-Jung asks, ‘Why do you drink every day?’ ‘Do you want to do something other than drink?’

The latest trailer concludes with Mi-Jung admitting that she is dissatisfied with her life. ‘I want to be filled up for once, Love isn’t enough,’ she cries.

My Liberation Notes’ first episode will premiere every Saturday and Sunday on the South Korean cable network JTBC and will be available on Netflix from Saturday, 9 April.

Lee Min-Ki will make his Netflix debut in My Liberation Notes, but fans of Because This Is My First Life, The Beauty Inside, and The Lies Within, all of which are currently available to stream on Netflix, will recognize him.

Kim Ji Won, who appeared in Lovestruck in the City, Arthdal Chronicles, and Descendants of the Sun, will also be well-known to Netflix subscribers.
