2021 has just begun and there has been already plenty of lyricism to keep rap fans engaged, so listen to the songs to hold your hopes.

“Moonlight” by NLE Choppa

The rapper NLE Choppa has teamed up with Big Sean for the song “Moonlight” which is a standout from the album project “From Dark To Light.” The album was released on last Halloween as part of his 18th birthday celebration. The song talks about drugs and violence. The music video shows Choppa raps sitting in a room and spits his bars from a bed.

“Bad Boy” by Juice WRLD

Juice WRLD and Young Thug has collaborately dropped the song “Bad Boy”. The pre-recorded song comes with a music video that is directed by Cole Bennett. The video includes Juice, Thug and some other people with Juggalo makeup. The song refers to the 1995 film Bad Boys.

“My Puppy” by KEY

KEY has released the third song from new project ‘The Alpha Jerk’, teaming up with Tony Seltzer. The album includes total 17 tracks. The music video shows KEY is roaming around the city spitting the verse on a roof top, and walking through the local corner store.

“State of the Union” by Marlon Craft

The song came on Trump’s last full day as President & the day before Joe Biden was inaugurated, people gawking and cheering that “we saved democracy”. The song is expressing all of his qualms with what’s been going on in America and is kind of a response to the Capitol riots.

“Rosario” by Epik High

“Rosario” is the first track Epik High’s 10th studio album, Epik High Is Here (Part 1). The song features CL and Zico. Talking about the song, the singer said, “the soundtrack that plays when you get your sweet revenge on your biggest enemy,”
