Masterclass With Rafa: One of the Very Best Multi-Instrumentalist Shares His Techniques, Ideologies, Beliefs & Inspirations

Yamaha Music Bangladesh Which is a flagship store of music instruments and also working for Music Education in recent years arranged their regular educational class with Bangladeshi Multi-Instrumentalist and music producer Raef Al Hasan commonly known as Rafa on last Saturday at Jamuna Future Park.

The event covered experience sharing of Rafa’s Techniques, Ideologies, Beliefs & Inspirations how he expresses his emotions through various Instruments ranging from Guitars, Drums, Keyboards, Pianos and many more.

Music lovers, musicians and pilgrim artists joined in the 4 hours long session with the famous artist where he shares ins and outs of his journey with the music and various bands.

Rafa also performed his few famous songs with instruments in the session which also consisted of discussions.

In the question answer session visitors also throw their problematic questions about music and instruments towards the artist and he also answered them and tried to solve their problems practically.

Onindo who loves to play guitar said, “As I love to play guitar and this music star has much knowledge about it so I came to gather some guitar experience from him and at the end he also answered my questions.”

“It surely helps me a lot”, he added.

Chandrika a music lover said, “I never saw him so closely. I only saw him in the concerts. This session helps me to fulfill my desire to see this great music star and I am very happy now.”

Organizers believes bringing this great musician so close to their audience and organizing this kind of educational session will encourage them to feel the power of music and also help the music industry to grow rapidly with proper guidance.

“In last few years we are working for music education which is very new in our country. we always try to make a platform for the musicians so that they can share their experience and Ideas with the music lovers,” said Ishmamul Farhad Sr. product executive of Yahama Music Bangladesh who is also the lead guitarist of ‘Shunno’ band.

“At the same time, we also try to aware the music enthusiast,” he added.

Great producer, singer and multi-instrumentalist Rafa said to whatson, “I really hope whatever I know about the music can really help younger kids who know probably a lot more than I do. But I guess experience matters and I tried to deliver that.”

“Workshops like this should keep on going not just with me, with musicians out there who knows a lot more than me grammatically. And also, not only for rock musicians, classical musicians as well,” added Rafa.
