Greenpeace AAA Virtual Concert Adds AURORA, Bastille, IDER and More To Lineup

AURORA, Bastille, IDER and more have been added to the lineup of the Greenpeace AAA virtual concert. Puza Snigdha reports.

The virtual concert has been arranged by the creators of the ‘Greenpeace Field’ and is going to take place during the original slot for Glastonbury weekend from18-20 June.

The organizers have already announced the names who will be performing at the concert, including artists such as:

  • Georgia
  • Arlo Parks
  • Tim Burgess
  • Flyte
  • Django Django (DJ set)
  • JFDR
  • Liss
  • Melt Yourself Down
  • + more!

The virtual concert has been organised by the makers of the Greenpeace Field to celebrate the 50 years of the activism group.

Across the three-day event, fans will be able to tune via interactive website ‘Actionallareas.org’ featuring digital areas of live music, food and information on becoming a part of Greenpeace.

Speaking of the event, the organizers said: “Normally at this time of year Greenpeace would be preparing to hit the road for a summer filled with festival appearances and collaborations, bringing their vital message to festival-goers across the land.”

“Greenpeace will present an array of music performances, live DJ sessions, plus much more, focusing on how – once the worst of the COVID crisis has settled – we must come together and push forward to build a fairer, safer, cleaner, and more resilient world.”

The event will feature a plant-based cooking shows hosted by celebrity chefs that are yet to be announced, and Access will host performances, DJ sets, and more.
