We offer online meditation instruction and teachings drawn from a variety of Buddhist traditions. To benefit from meditation, all that is needed is an interest in inner exploration and development. Everybody is welcome.
Our current retreats are hosted via Zoom and include meditation sessions, time for questions and sharing, and suggested practices to take into your daily life.
Fees operate on a sliding scale. We have also opened an Online Dharma Hall, with free sessions of 60-90 minutes, hosted five times weekly by teachers from across the globe.
