What > Founded in 2012 by the Samdani Art Foundation who produces the festival, the Dhaka Art Summit (DAS) is an international, non-commercial research and exhibition platform for art and architecture related to South Asia.
The fifth edition of the event will focus on South Asian art and architecture, will be themed around the notion of “Seismic Movements,” in reference to artistic upheaval in the region over the years. Bangladesh will be the epicenter of a radical upheaval of how we think about art, activated by intellectual and curatorial contributions, spanning four floors of the Shilpakala Academy in the city’s vibrant University belt.
