UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres appealed to the nations to follow the UN’s model to maintain peace and prosperity. UN’s model concerning peace and prosperity is termed the Sustainable Development Goals. In his speech concerning the action, the Secretary-General puts forward his take on the matter. He says young people and future generations demand action.

The Speakers on Tuesday happened to be Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, French President Emmanuel Macron, and Qatar’s President Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani were also the speakers on Tuesday.
