Consuming naturally cooling foods such as watermelon, cucumber, curd, coconut water, mint, lemon, etc. will help to keep cool even on the hottest days. Vegetables and fruit with high water content can also help to stay as cool as a cucumber during the summer.

It is essential to keep the feet cool, particularly during the hot season of the year. Because the condition of our feet affects the whole body. Hence, we must take care of them. People tend to wear boots, sneakers, or covered shoes for fashion but they are not breathable. Breathable shoes, like sandals, are the best kind of footwear during summertime.

The extreme sun heat can cause burns to the skin. You can beat the heat of the sun with a sunhat, along with good sunscreen and sunglasses. Those are the must-have items for the summer. An umbrella is also great for both rain and sun protection. Moreover, long-sleeved outfits are also a great way to keep the sun off your shoulders during the day.

The most important element of surviving summer is to add the aim of drinking more than the standard eight glasses a day. This will help to endure the heat and level up your body’s hydration causing unwanted health outcomes. You can get creative with it and put some frozen berries in your water or even some mint leaves and lime slices and have a fresh mojito, shakes, or juice. During the hot season, you can have fruits with high-water content such as watermelon, cantaloupe, tomatoes, and cucumbers as snacks.

Wearing breathable, lightweight outfits may allow moving around easily in the summer season. Dark colors, heavy fabrics, and any apparel that make it difficult to move around should be avoided for the time being. Recommended fabrics of all time during hot weather are natural fabrics, such as cotton, linen, and other loose-fitting outfits.
