Cardi B has dropped a new single “Up” today.
The star teased the arrival of the song via Twitter post on Monday night. “My new single ‘UP’ drops this Friday! LETS GOOOOOO! #Up.”
“Up” is the second single of the rapper’s long-awaited second album. The track is follow-up to her gargantuan 2020 single “WAP”. “Up” follows a series of collaborations and features of 2020.
At the midnight of February 5, the rapper dropped the song “Up” along with the music video where she focuses on the sexual equation.
The song lyrics depicts her sexual conquests, immense wealth. “If it’s up, then it’s up, then it’s up, then it’s stuck.”
The music video shows Cardi swinging a clear half bubble, wearing a pink dazzling and metallic barely there outfit that is by far more skin than fabric.
The video seekd 9.5 million views just in three hours after it released.
Cardi B describes the song as “more gangsta, more cocky”.
