Armed war is not only damaging the world but also destroying the lives of women and children especially.
Everyone’s life is getting harder because of war. Those who start war never think of the result. Capitalist people only can think of their own benefits. They have literary no worries about the consequences of armed war. Each and everyone is facing terrible problems because of wars. Especially women and children are bearing the most dangerous side effects of armed conflict around the world.
There are many countries that are in big trouble because of armed wars, such as Iraq, Ukraine, Syria, Afghanistan, Yemen and so many more. The Russia and Ukraine war is getting worsen day by day. It impacts so badly on the economic sector of each country. All these aside, women are facing the worst effects of these armed wars; such as increasing prostitution, psychological damage, and a fall in careers. There are many women who are the only earning persons in their families. To manage food and money, women are getting involved in prostitution. Many women and men are taking suicide as a solution.
Some social crimes are rising very up, like; rape and robbery and so on. War is making these problems worsen. Racism has got increased since it was already a big social issue. Governments are overlooking all these problems.
Children facing problems
Children are facing the most serious problems too due to armed war. They are not getting enough food and nutrition. Many kinds of life-taking diseases are rising up among all; especially damaging the lives of children. The breakdown of the mental health of children and women is an alarming fact now. The poorest poor are losing all that they have. The suffering is unbearable for aged people and children.
Armed war increases the chaos of climate, we also can see a huge degradation in the environment. Women and children have the worst damage due to war. They get stuck under the destroyed infrastructures. People are dying very pathetically.
War is destroying the place where the female can talk for their rights. No female activists can speak out of the chaos. There is no help for them, nor for children. They are surviving on a very sharp knife and huge suffering. Militarism is destroying the world where people were living and trying to get their rights. Normally women are neglected and now this situation has gone out of control.
Each sector, like; health, communication, finances, agriculture, and food, of a country, is having a fall down. There is less production but more demand. Women are keeping together money to support the economics of their families before the financial crisis and food sinking. There is no one who really cares about all this destruction. According to Pam Flynn (chair of Greater Manchester CND and a member of the National Assembly of Women) “It is vitally important that progressive people recognize the interconnections and inter-relationships between gender, military conflict, and the environment.”
