What to Expect in The Future of Dating

The Victoria and Albert museum is organising the Future of Dating, a one-off exhibition about the role that data and technology will play in the future of dating.
With the usage of dating apps to find a partner on the increase, algorithms have steadily become more and more important. ‘The future of dating’ looks at data and technology in dating, but also goes beyond that to question what is at stake in terms of chemistry, privacy and preferences.
It also explores the politics of sex and relationships; how they are built and sustained today and into the future.
The Victoria and Albert museum organises Friday Late, the original contemporary late night event. It celebrates different forms of contemporary visual culture and design in society.
The event will take place tomorrow from 6.30pm until 10pm at the Victoria Albert museum. The topic changes every month and tickets are free and allocated to a first-come first-served basis. For more information, read here.
