We Are Scientists Announce New Album & UK Tour

We Are Scientist are back! The Brooklyn-based pop group have announced their sixth album ‘Megaplex’ will be released on the 27 Apr. ‘Megaplex’ will include ten colourful and creative tracks that are bound to please fans.
The band have also confirmed that they will be going on the road. We Are Scientists’ UK tour will kick-off in Southampton on the 28 Mar. and will come to a conclusion in Sheffield on the 13 May, visiting venues in Birmingham, London, Manchester and many more along the way.
“In the past we’ve used our music to educate, to enlighten, to awaken people to the depth and complexity of moral concerns”, explains Chris Cain, bassist for We Are Scientists. “This time, we really wanted to drop a fun-bomb”.
“It takes a lot of hard work, a lot of honing of craft to make it to six
records”, says Keith Murray, guitarist and vocalist. “The pool for this record alone was something like 90 songs deep. ‘Megaplex’ is just the ten most delicious songs that we have – a stacked-up compound of entertainment”.
