'Twin Peaks' Star Pamela Gidley has Died

Former Twin Peaks: Fire Walk With Me star Pamela Gidley has passed away at the age of 52.
The actress and model was made famous by her role in the 1992 prequel to the hit 1990’s drama, where she played the role of troubled teenager Teresa Banks.
Her death was confirmed by family members on 16 April. Cause of death has not been revealed.
Gidley worked as an actress for over twenty years. In a 2016 interview, she talked about her early career, specifically being approached by David Lynch for the 1994 film, The Crew.
“I was literally going from the Bahamas to Seattle, from Seattle to the Bahamas, almost every other ten days,” she said. “That to me was like, ‘Wow. You want me that bad?’ Holy Christ. I can’t imagine anyone wanted me that bad.”
Pamela Gidley had an extensive career, appearing in the 2014 film Twin Peaks: Missing Pieces and the 2005 film Cake Boy. She also made guest appearances in television shows such as Skin and CSI: Crime Scene Investigations.
She will be missed for her contribution to the film and television industry.
