Trump’s National Security Adviser H.R. McMaster is Replaced by Hawk John Bolton

National security adviser Lt. Gen. H.R. McMaster who happen to be the most celebrated military leaders of his generation is replaced by John R. Bolton, a former U.N. Ambassador, as Trump’s third national security adviser on Thursday.
President Trump confirmed this news through a tweet on Thursday where he wrote “ I am pleased to announce that, effective 4/9/18, John Bolton will be my new National Security Advisor. I am very thankful for the service of General H.R. McMaster who has done an outstanding job & will always remain my friend.”
An official said that there were no incidents that led to McMaster’s exit rather it may be the result of a continuing conversation between McMaster and the president. McMaster who was serving this country for more than 30 years, is going to request retirement from the U.S. Army from this summer.
The White House has said the president is seeking to put new foreign policy leaders in place for upcoming meeting with North Korean leader Kim Jung Un where Bolton, probably the most divisive foreign policy expert, can add a influence to those talks and also can advocate about the Iran Nuclear deal.
“I am thankful to President Donald J. Trump for the opportunity to serve him and our nation as national security advisor,” said McMaster in a statement.
