Ana and Christian finally make the life commitment of getting married – but not everything is sunshine and rainbows for them. Jack Hyde continues to attempt to tear them apart.

This is a story of a different kind. Guillermo del Toro’s latest film The Shape of Water is a unique fantasy romance. British actress Sally Hawkins plays Elisa Esposito, a mute janitor working at a secret research facility who falls in love with their latest specimen – an amphibian man being kept in captivity at the facility.

The Notebook is a classic film about two youngsters from completely different social backgrounds falling in love. Despite their differences and her parents disapproval, Noah and Allie embark on a passionate romantic relationships. When Harry Met Sally…
Harry and Sally have known each other for a long time – but their friends, that’s all they’ve ever been. Having met after graduating, they share a car journey during which they discuss whether a boy and a girl can ever just be friends. They meet again ten years later and try to stay friends, attempting to not let sex get between them.

Carol
Therese Belivet, a young aspiring photographer, spots beautiful Carol browsing dolls across the shop floor while working at a department store and is mesmerised. An incredible bond starts to form between them and the film explores the consequences of their frowned-upon love. Set in 1950s New York, this is one of the most beautiful and moving films you’ll ever come across.
Ghost
After his untimely murder, Sam Wheat’s spirit remains in the world of the living to warn his partner that she is in danger. With the help of a psychic, Molly will communicate with his ghost and start on a path towards discovering who murdered her beloved and getting some justice. This is an incredibly moving film of loss and wanting.
Amélie
French film Amélie has to be one of the sweetest films in history. Amélie is an incredibly selfless and sweet girls who takes it upon herself to improve the lives of those around her. While carrying out her selfless mission, she discovers love. The film is set in Paris, known to be one of the most romantic places on Earth, and features many of the city of love’s landmarks.
Brokeback Mountain
Another tale of forbidden love, Brokeback Mountain will have you bawling your eyes out. While ranging, two cowboys fall in love and carry out a intensely passionate romance in secret. But they can only be together when out in the wilderness of the mountains where no one can spot them. The secrecy will put a strain on their love and on their respective marriages.
Crazy, Stupid, Love
A man’s wife asks him for a divorce and he seeks to reinvent himself with the help of a womaniser. His young son is deeply infatuated with his babysitter who, in turn, has a crush on the dad. Meanwhile, the womaniser finally finds a redhead who he would change his ways for. All of these tales are connected in this extremely funny romantic comedy which saw Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling work together for the first time.
Cinderella
Who doesn’t know the story of Cinderella? In this live action remake, Disney revisit the classic to deliver a eye-pleasing piece of cinematic work that will still please the classicist. Cinderella is a tale of defeating the odds – no matter your situation if you’re kind and fight for what you deserve good things will always come. Fairy tales do come true!
