Ticketmaster is Charged Lawsuit for Mediating Fraud

The ticketmaster is facing lawsuit because of operating its own ticket scalping program and the news was uncovered last month, by CBC and the Toronto Star.
After the report published, the cheated customers want to take ticketmaster to the court.
First the scalpers buy tickets from the ticketmaster in a low price then resell them in high price. Canadian news outlets each sent journalists posing as scalpers to the Ticket Summit industry conference held in Las Vegas.
“Have you ever wondered why Ticketmaster has been unable to rid itself of the scalpers who purchase mass quantities of concert or sports tickets from its website and then resell them for much more minutes later?” states Allen Lee.
“The answer: Ticketmaster hasn’t wanted to rid itself of scalpers because, as it turns out, they have been working with them.”
In 2016, Ticketmaster dispence millions of dollars as part of a class action settlement over its excessive and misleading processing fees.
Ticketmaster President Jared Smith continues to defend his company’s involvement in both primary and secondary ticketing.
