The ICA Presents Playback Festival 2018

Playback Festival brings together a five-day programme of over 300 emerging artists’ work in an interactive exhibition of young talent.
Visitors can enjoy screenings short experimental films, spoken word performances and discussions, as well as practical workshops for filmmakers.
Playback festival is the culmination of a three-year project, where 16-24 year olds were trained and given production support to create their own artist films. It now gives them a platform on which they can showcase their work with five production centres across England, including the ICA’s STOP PLAY RECORD programme.
The event is taking place between Wednesday 21 March and Sunday 25 March at the Institute of Contemporary Arts (ICA).
While the Playback Festival is entirely free, booking online has a £1 fee per person. Otherwise, tickets can be booked in person at the ICA. To look at the full programme and book tickets, visit ica.art/whats-on.
