Tasty Tuesday: Easy Peasy Chocolate Lava recipe!

For this week, we are bringing you the easiest lava cake recipe which is the absolute dream for all the chocolate lovers out there! Hurry up and grab your kitchen apron, take the whisk and bowl. It is time to bake some delicious mouth-watering chocolate lava mini cakes for the holidays.

Ingredients:

  • 200 gram of chocolate
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 tablespoon of coffee
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 3 spoons of flour
  • A pinch of salt

Method:

  1. At first, melt your butter and chocolate together to make a gorgeous silky texture. Make sure you do not burn your chocolate.
  2. Then in a separate bowl, take the eggs, sugar, and salt and beat it up with an electric hand mixer till its fluffs up.
  3. Now it is time to fold the chocolate mixture with the egg mixture. Finally, add 3 spoons of flour by gently folding them in the mixture with a spatula. Make sure there are no lumps.
  4. Wipe butter inside six small ramekins and pour the mixture in. Put inside the oven in 450 for 8 to 12 minutes.

Once they are out from the oven, garnish them with powdered sugar, raspberries, and strawberries. Add a large scoop of vanilla ice-cream if you want and enjoy the oozing lava cake while it is still fresh hot.
