Surrey Wildlife Trust

The Wildlife Trusts’ annual nature challenge is back for its 5th year and it’s wilder than ever! Last year, 30 Days Wild had a record 350,000 people taking part, pledging to experience nature every day during June.
Surrey Wildlife Trust are inviting everyone in Surrey to join in. From a Sunday walk in a beautiful nature reserve like Chobham Common, to building a bug hotel or simply relaxing in gardens, there are hundreds of ways to get involved.
If people start looking out for nature on a regular basis, they are more likely to care about and protect it. Whatever their age, wherever they live, everyone can make nature part of their life.
Charlotte Magowan, SWT’s director of people engagement, said: “We love seeing so many people making a space for nature in their everyday lives. Whether it’s cloudspotting in your garden or feeding the birds, it’s easy to join in.
You’ll also feel happier and healthier, because it’s proven that time spent outdoors is great for mind and body. So go on – help wildlife and help yourself by joining thousands of others on this amazing 30 Days Wild adventure!”
