Artist: Rude Audio
Ever since people like Mike Oldfield was plying his conceptual trade there’s been a gap in the market for the next big step. Rude Audio go some way to filling it with their interesting mix of house, dub and Arab influences. It’s the latter that really grabs your attention on the re-mixes which form the last four tracks of eight. While the first half of the album is pleasant enough it’s the second act that makes you start to dance. If Rude Audio keep this up they’ll be a household name in no time.
