Stormy Daniel's Allegation Against Trump has been Cashiered

Federal judge has cashiered the lawsuit of the adult actress Stormy Daniel’s against Trump on Moday and also Stormy is also asked to pay Trump’s attorney fees.
Daniel claimed she had a sexual affair with Trump in 2006, alleged that a man accosted her in a parking and told her to “leave Trump alone,” and after that she sued Trump after being threatened in 2011 to keep quiet about her alleged affair with Mr Trump was a “con job”.
Daniels also sued over a $130,000 hush money agreement over the alleged encounter, sued over the tweet, claiming it made her appear to be a liar.
Trump tweeted that the man was “nonexistent” and said this is Daniel’s dirty political game against him.
Trump tweeted “A sketch years later about a nonexistent man. A total con job, playing the Fake News Media for Fools (but they know it)!”
His lawyer Otero said, “if this court were to prevent Mr Trump from engaging in this type of ‘rhetorical hyperbole’ against a political adversary, it would significantly hamper the office of the president. Any strongly-worded response by a president to another politician or public figure could constitute an action for defamation.”
To date, no evidence has emerged to support the claim.
“The Court agrees with Mr. Trump’s argument because the tweet in question constitutes ‘rhetorical hyperbole’ normally associated with politics and public discourse in the United States. The First Amendment protects this type of rhetorical statement,” Otero said.
