Soundgarden Reunites to Perform for first time after Cornell’s Death

Soundgarden’s remaining members, guitarist Kim Thayil and drummer Matt Cameron are planning a reunion at a European festival on June 8 for their first live performance since Chris Cornell’s death.
The last time Soundgarden performed together was the night before the death of lead singer Chis who committed suicide last year at the Fox Theatre in Detroit.
The band will perform the record in its entirety, while other special guests include Don Was on bass and Marcus Durant from Zen Guerrilla on vocals.
After the death of Chris, Cameron and Thayil made their first public appearance together to support Vicky Cornell at a Human Rights Watch charity dinner but bassist Ben Shepherd has yet to make any public statement.
A news reveals that American TV-series ‘Autopsy: The Last Hours of…’, that has previously explored the passings of Marvin Gaye, George Harrison and George Michael, is going to explore Cornell’s last hours as a TV series.
“My dark knight is gone,Thank you for the incredible outpouring of kindness and love.” wrote Cameron on Facebook while paying a tribute to Chris’s death last year.
