What> Seoul Eco Film Festival (SEFF) seeks the harmony between human and the environment through cinema. Its previous name was the Green Film Festival and this year is its 16th edition Since 2004, as the sole environmental film festival in Korea and the biggest one in Asia. SEFF is open to fiction or non-fiction films and animation of all genres dealing with environmental issues. Through cinema, the festival hopes to promote ideas of environmental protection and life respect to encourage public awareness and action for positive changes.
SEFF is an annual event with one international and one domestic competition among other non-competitive sections, where awards are given in various categories.
