Across Reykjavik City, Iceland
The Reykjavik Arts Festival takes pride in its focus on all art forms – theatre, dance, music, literature and visual arts. It promotes the vibrant Icelandic art scene as well as the international culture with exceptional performances, exhibits and events to the widest possible audience in major cultural venues and unconventional spaces throughout the city.
Since its inception in 1970, this festival invites hundreds of artists from all parts of the globe to perform or exhibit art, and this year it will be held from 1 – 17 June.
