Music Monday: Love, Rock & Beats- Music News Bites

Brace yourself for Adam Humphries’ genre-bending dance explosion! Forget the usual, this track is a soul-infused sonic rocket packed with hook-powered beats that’ll take you on a wild ride. Move, groove, and prepare to be obliterated by pure musical awesomeness!

Line Beauclair drops lyric video for ‘Soft’!

I genuinely enjoy this video as it fits in with the mood of the song and what Line was no doubt trying to achieve with the visuals. The video has that sweet, homely effect to it. There’s a clever usage of artistic creativity which encapsulates the vibe of the track

Shannon Smith Unveils “Valentine’s Day” – A Soulful Ode to Love and Redemption out now!

Now even though I’m not a huge fan of love songs, every so often there is the odd one that I will quite happily fall for an appreciate. Valentine’s Day is one of them. I just enjoy the perspective approach as it’s done as though it’s about someone. Definitely a good one here.

Bedsit Poets release amazing third album “All Roads Lead Me Back”

December my Dear, My Precious Dear, The Dark Night, Scarecrow and Pelican Club. That’s just a few songs from Bedsit Poets latest album, All Roads Lead Me Back. Consisting of twelve tracks Poets definitely know how to put a decent album together. If I didn’t fully appreciate their songwriter talents I do now

A SAVAGE (Parquet Courts) UNVEILS NEW STAND-ALONE SINGLE

“BLACK HOLES,

THE STARS AND YOU”

Though there’s no actual video for it yet the song itself is something of an intriguing one about how we view ourselves and what the lengths we will go to be understood.

Savage’s husky low tones help set the mood for the song. What I find interesting is the way he sings, almost like it’s more of a story than a song. Great stuff

N’FALY KOUYATÉ – Afro Celt Sound System frontman releases “Premier Pas” Single + ‘Ré-Génération’ UK Tour this February

An incredible track by N’FALY, filled with song vibes and beats. What impresses me is that he sings it in his own native language rather than a different dialect. Premier Pas is a proud song for him as it’s about his native Africa, it’s also a political one that contains a strong message about autonomy. Worth a listen
