Music Monday: 5 Sizzling Tracks of This Week!

Move, dance floor! Adam Humphries crafts sonic rocket with genre-defying beats and soul-jackhammering hooks. Forget the usual tunes; Humphries rewrites your music universe.

Psych-pop duo Bedsit Poets announce new album. Watch video for ‘London Town’ now!

Quite a good video which sets the tone from the start. I enjoy the usage of black and white format as it gives it that nostalgic look, a bit like reminiscing on the past. It just takes its time, no rush through. For a video that’s just a few minutes long I actually enjoyed it. Can barely find the negatives in it

TETINE Rich Mix show 19th Jan + ‘Spaced Out In Paradise’ video!

For me, this is reminds me of all the music videos I watched by rock bands in the 90’s, and they were really good. This is almost like a nod back to that. It’s creative and mixes art with moving imagery, numerous references to space and outer space. Impressive combination of art and music.

Militant dance punk duo POLEVAULTER drop intense new track ‘Violently Ill’!

If I had to describe this song in just five words, here they are; intriguing, blissful, hypnotic, weird and impressive. What I like about POLEVAULTER’s Violently Ill is that it doesn’t even have to make any
kind of sense in order to be intriguing. Just chill and listen

The video itself is just as intriguing as the song itself, if anything, quite possibly more. The video has a ‘student experiment’ vibe to it. Kinda like, welcome to the inside of my mind

THE MISERABLE RICH – Return with AA-side Single || First Album for 13+
Years out 2 February
+ UK IN-STORE SHOWS CONFIRMED

There’s not a lot that you can find fault with for the QUIETLY video, but what I find to be genius about the video is how it’s taken straight back to basics. I enjoy how they’ve made it the sort of song that anyone can sing to.

QUIETLY

An interesting and also somewhat intriguing video to say the least. One of the things I was fascinated by was the sort of Englishness about the setup and how it draws on aspects of group gatherings. Is it an organized cult, are they a group of religious people
