Kanye West will be a guest on Jimmy Kimmel Live! on Wednesday, 4th November, just one day after the presidential election. Puza Snigdha reports.
The Grammy award-winning rapper and independent Presidential candidate Kanye West will attend the first episode following Tuesday’s presidential election. The show will be broadcast on ABC in the US at 11:35 pm ET.
West is also running for president but his name was removed from the ballot in five states including Arizona, Ohio and Wisconsin, and missed deadline in a further 29 states. The rapper managed to access in 12 states and they are Arkansas, Colorado, Idaho, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Oklahoma, Tennessee, Utah and Vermont.
Last month, the rapper launched his first campaign video, urging voters to write his name on the ballot. “We have to think about all these things together as a people. To contemplate our future, to live up to our dream, we must have vision,” West wrote.
In a recent interview the rapper said to the podcast host Joe Rogan, “It was something that God put in my heart back in 2015. A few days before the MTV awards it hit me in the shower,” and he may not event qualified in this year’s race but he would be “definitely 100% winning” in 2024.
