Jaflong

Jaflong is one of the most attraction tourist spots in Sylher division, located at the border between Bangladesh and the Indian state of Meghalaya, overshadowed by subtropical mountains and rain forests, resides the river Piain.
It is a scenic spot nearby amidst tea gardens and rare beauty of rolling stones from hills. It is famous for it’s stone collection activities and is home of the khasia tribe. Lalkhal is a blue water canal at Sylhet surrounded by mountains of Meghalaya. The land grabbers occupied government khas land and reserved forestland and extracted stone by cutting small hills polluting the environment of Jaflong.
The natural beauty surrounded by hills and tea gardens will give the tourist a sight of heaven. The place also contain some history and tribal lifestyle like growing corns and living within nature.
