Dua Lipa set to make her acting debut

Dua Lipa will be stepping in front of the camera for her acting debut on a thriller film called ‘Argylle’, where the Grammy Award-winning singer will also provide original music for the title track and scores.

According to a report, Samuel L. Jackson Henry Cavill, Sam Rockwell, Bryce Dallas Howard, Catherine O’Hara, and John Cena will star in this new franchise movie, “Argylle. Dua Lipa will also be making her acting debut through this film.

Dua Lipa shared a first poster look on her official Instagram page:

Vaughn is the director of the film. The script is written by Jason Fuchs, produced by Marv, Adam Bohling, David Reid, and Fuchs. Zygi Kamasa, Carlos Peres, Claudia Vaughn, and Adam Fishbach are the executive producers of the film. The story of the film is based on the soon-to-be-released spy novel Argylle by Ellie Conway.

Matthew Vaughn said in a statement

“When I read this early draft manuscript, I felt it was the most incredible and original spy franchise since Ian Fleming’s books of the 50s.”
“This is going to reinvent the spy genre.”

Argylle will be filming this August in Europe.
